How it works
You tell us your budget — even $20 — how many people you are feeding, and what you like to eat. Fed & Good does the rest. We generate a full week of real appetizing meals and a complete shopping list with estimated prices so you can walk into any grocery store with a realistic idea of what to buy and approximately what it will cost. Prices are estimates based on average US grocery costs and may vary by store and location.
